What Do You “SEE” When You Are Looking In The Mirror?

We often see how birds or animals react when seeing their reflection in a mirror or on any shiny surface. (Watch the video on YouTube.)

For most of them, it’s a naturally AGGRESSIVE and TERRITORIAL reaction.

Do you want to know WHY?

Because they ASSUME it is a RIVAL and will attack their reflection to try and drive the intruder away from THEIR SPACE.

As human beings, our brain INTERPRETS what we think we “saw” and then CHOOSES our reactions based on how safe or risky it is for us. Or easy or hard, we like or not … you name it.

Is our perception of our image in the mirror the reality?

It all depends on the “lenses” we choose to see life and ourselves. And we have the same kind of lenses for both!

Can you see life happy while you see yourself sad?

Well, how we see ourselves is how we see everything!

And sometimes, we are our own enemy.

So how do YOU interpret your image in the mirror? FRIEND or ENEMY?

And WHAT “SPACE” do you fight for?

• Comfort or Growth?
• Known or New Learnings?
• Limited or Limitless?
• Fear or Love?
• Victim or Victor?

BTW, do you know that WHAT you fight for is what YOU GET?

And what you get IS YOUR PRESENT LIFE!

And are you happy or sad with your life from now?

You know, only YOU have YOUR answer. Just be honest with yourself! But you can CHOOSE a different life IF YOU WANT for real!

And you have to fight for it daily once you start it!

Do you want to know WHAT DID I CHOOSE?

Ok, I will tell you, but NOT because I want to talk about myself. It’s to show you that IT IS POSSIBLE to have different views even if we live at the same time in the same crazy world.

So here are my choices.

What do I “SEE” when I look in the mirror?

• My Best Friend for all life – MYSELF!
• The Potential I have to become whatever I choose to be.
• My Smile reflects my inner peace.
• The Love that radiates through me and inspires all around me.

And WHAT do I fight for?

• The Growth space, where I explore and discover new chances to succeed
• And the Learning Life, where I gain the skills to transform the Best into Better.
• The Limitless Options, where dreams and fantasies are endless.
• Pure Love in my heart for living and sharing with other souls.
• And to celebrate as a Victory of all the battles, won or lost, on my journey through life.

As a friend of mine said about me:

“Show her a boat, and she sees a yacht.”
