An Opportunity To Discover And Choose True Strength
“Our greatest freedom is the freedom to choose our attitude.” Victor Frankl
When you find yourself in a situation that you did not consciously choose and it’s a situation that appears to be limiting and out-of-the-norm, this is when you get to discover your true attitude about life.
Victor Frankl was the author of “Man’s Search for Meaning,” which he wrote after surviving three different concentration camps during the Holocaust. Frankl’s attitude, I am certain, is what allowed him to survive when so many others did not.
The world is currently in the midst of the global COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, many freedoms that we take for granted are being restricted. Even though these restrictions are required for the safety of all, many people are choosing not to observe the precautions.
Now is a time when many people around the world will have the opportunity to discover and choose true strength. In fact, this current situation could bring out the best from us. What appears to be limitations are really the gateways to possibilities.
You see, life is about continuous change and the change creates the future. Life is a continuous change and the change is continuity for life.
Many people will be fortunate to discover a positive and uplifting new way to perceive their situation in light of these changes.
A change of attitude at this time will be life-saving for many. We, humans, have vast resources; many of which are yet to be revealed that allow us to not only survive but thrive despite what appears to be limitations.
I am living proof that the attitude one consciously chooses is, as Victor Frankl said, our greatest freedom. If you would like help finding the good, in this or any life situation, I can help you.
Attitude can be a difference-maker for you and your organization; but it’s often a blind spot in your own big picture!
